Grace and Dan’s Story
Here’s Grace and Dan’s date night premiere of their wedding day at Spicer Manor
The Manor is a little different to most wedding venues in that you hire the whole house, maybe for a few days as Grace and Dan did and during that time have your wedding day. It’s a little different and fit Grace and Dan’s needs perfectly.
The team who run the manor are there during the wedding, though they are very discreet all day. Bradley’s Outside Catering was on hand with drinks and food all day. Again, discreet but polite and courteous all day.
It felt like a family and friends garden party / BBQ with a wedding in the middle. Everyone made me feel so welcome and like a friend of the family. We were even treated to sunset at the end of the evening.
Grace and Dan originally planned to marry in the summer of 2020. Something happened that year which caused the wedding to be postponed. It was supposed to take place at a venue nearer to home, but after reconsidering their options, decided that Spicer Manor would be more appropriate – after all, it could be incorporated into a family holiday.

During the 2 year delay, Grace and Dan has their 2nd baby, a boy called Jude, giving daughter Esme a little brother.
An amazing wedding day in such a gorgeous setting. Spicer Manor is set in some truly fabulous countryside.
