Falcon Manor; Lucy and Mark’s wonderful Winter Wedding

Lucy and Mark were married on Sunday at St James Parish Church Silsden and celebrated at Falcon Manor. Falcon Manor in Settle is a memorable place that is perfect for weddings. Since the first time I came to Falcon Manor, I always enjoy coming back, one of my favourites venues for weddings.

Falcon Manor was a perfect place to begin Lucy and Mark’s wedding photography. It was here that preparations began before the ceremony at Church.

Once all the prep had finished Lucy arrived at the ceremony in a Classic Car from Max Wedding Cars and took a deep breath as she made her way towards the venue. Friends and family looked on as Lucy and Mark exchanged rings in an outstanding ceremony performed by David at St James Parish Church.

The reception was very warm (proper log fires), colourful and welcoming. There was a feeling of happiness and fun in the air as everyone enjoyed themselves. All these memories will last a lifetime, that is why each wedding has its own story to tell.

The season can really have an impact on a wedding and I find Winter weddings are some of my favourite. The wind was really strong on the day (thanks to Storm Dennis), but that didn’t stop Lucy and Mark making the most of their wedding day, everyone celebrated the wedding with no worries about the wind.

Lucy  and Mark treated their guests to a fantasic wedding breakfast right before the speeches. I really enjoyed capturing the speeches, it’s all about showing the emotions of the wedding party. The day ended with Lucy and Mark and their guests rocking the dance floor to their Ceilidh band, the tartan trio before dancing intp the night to DJ Rob of DFC Lancashire

Lucy and Mark really know how to create a stunning wedding and I thoroughly enjoyed telling their story.
