Browsholme Hall Wedding Photography – Sneak Peek

Leah and Alex – Mr and Mrs Bradshaw

Wow. That’s one word to describe Leah and Alex’s wedding at Browsholme Hall.

Another first for me; this is the first time I’ve been to Browsholme Hall in almost 15 years as a wedding Photographer, and it’s only 25 minutes from home.

Browsholme Hall

Leah and Alex chose Browsholme Hall simply put ‘It’s beautiful’. It helped on viewing that the lady showing them around was really attentive and helpful. It’s all really clean, fresh, and new feeling whilst some others can feel tired. They also loved the tithe barn converted to hold the wedding. The barn that holds the ceremony, breakfast and evening reception is atmospheric and welcoming whilst the accompanying rooms and outdoor spaces are fabulous. There’s a dedicated bridal room for getting ready in the morning. It has plenty of light coming through the windows, places to hang dresses, and sockets to plug in hairdryers, straighteners etc.

Wedding Day

Leah and Alex planned the most amazing wedding day. No special theme, but based on colours to match autumn; greens, whites, naturals with a little bit of gold. Leah’s words: “It seemed to fit for a September wedding and green suits gingers, and I’m really ginger !!” No over styling, a simple and classy way of not over doing it.

Leah chose a dress from her local bridal boutique, SAS bridal. She went for something completely different than imagined. A fishtail dress in an off white / taupe colour that felt amazing, and she didn’t want to take it off.

Alex and his groomsmen wore quality Peter Posh suits. All very handsomely finished in blue with green ties and matching pocket square. Peter Posh suits are always top quality and very comfortable.

The bridesmaid’s dresses were all different styles but the same deep green colour from David’s bridal. There are so many choices from David’s bridal, it’s like shopping in a candy store.

Yet another first

All day my photography was mostly candid with a small amount of time for some groups and then the portraits of Leah and Alex.

A further first for me was working with Ryan and his Dad, Creative Filmmakers, Ryan Murrell Videography. We had an absolute blast working together all day and Ryan is now on my list of recommended videographers. It’s fantastic to work with people like Ryan when you just get on and have fun.

A phenomenal wedding day; thanks Leah and Alex for having me and thanks to Rebecca and your amazing staff at Browsholme Hall and The Tithe Barn.
